Operating authority has been granted and is active today, not only a new USDOT registration.
Liability insurance on file meets the federal minimum, and no revocation is pending.
USDOT registration active, authorized for hire, 1-3 power units, and a valid phone number.
Rows whose phone or email belongs to a filing service, or is shared by several unrelated carriers, are left out.
