Trucking data for freight factoring companies

Find small, active carriers early in their life, when steady cash flow matters most.

Last updated 2026-09-14

The job

Factoring companies buy a carrier's freight invoices so the carrier is paid quickly instead of waiting for the shipper or broker. Small and new carriers are usually the ones who feel that cash flow gap most.

Which feed to use

  • New Authority Feed: carriers whose authority was granted recently, with grant date, fleet size, insurance on file and contact details.
  • Active Small Carriers: carriers with 1-3 trucks and active authority today, with the date their current authority started and roadside inspection counts.

Useful filters

  • min_days_in_business and max_days_in_business to target a stage, for example carriers between their first and sixth month
  • state for your sales territory
  • trucks_min and trucks_max for the fleet sizes you serve

What the fields do not tell you

Our feeds describe authority, insurance, fleet size and contacts, cross-checked and verified on the date shown. They do not include revenue, credit scores or payment history, and they must not be used as a credit report or to make credit decisions about individuals. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
