Every new for-hire carrier needs a set of services in its first months: an electronic logging device, fuel cards, a drug and alcohol testing program, state permits and registrations, and preparation for the new-entrant safety audit. Small fleets keep buying these as they grow.

Which feed to use

• New Authority Feed for carriers at the start of that list, with grant date, fleet size, cargo types, state and time zone.
• Active Small Carriers for established small fleets, with inspection counts and out-of-service inspection counts that show where safety help may be needed.
• Freight Brokers and Forwarders if you also sell software or services to brokerages.

• hazmat appears as a column so you can separate hazardous-materials carriers
• general_freight=true for general freight haulers
• max_days_in_business to reach carriers in their first weeks

A note on agents

Many new carriers use a filing service to obtain authority, and those services often put their own phone number or email on the filing. Our callable feeds leave out contacts that look like agents or that are shared across unrelated carriers, so your outreach reaches the carrier rather than the filing service.
