You may
- Use the data for business-to-business sales, marketing, partnership, research and market analysis for your own organisation.
- Import the data into your own CRM and internal tools.
You may not
- Resell or redistribute the data or files, or share your account or API keys outside your organisation.
- Spam. Send unsolicited bulk email that breaks CAN-SPAM, or messages with false headers or misleading subject lines.
- Autodial or text without consent. Use autodialers, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or text messages to mobile numbers without the consent the TCPA requires, or call numbers on Do Not Call lists where the rules apply.
- Make eligibility decisions. Use the data as a consumer report, or to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Harass or discriminate. Use the data to harass, threaten, stalk or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
- Deceive. Pretend to be a government agency, a registry or the carrier's insurer, or use the data in scams.
- Abuse the Service. Scrape the site, work around rate limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload the API.
- Ignore removals. Contact people who asked you to stop, or re-add records that were removed from our data.
