Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for and then stops.
What is a lead?
One trucking company: company name, owner name, phone, email, USDOT and MC number, state, fleet size, authority date and the date we last verified it.
How fresh are the leads?
Starter releases new authorities once a week, up to the start of the current week. Pro shows each new authority as soon as it is added to our approved file. Every row carries its last-verified date.
What are the free leads?
25 carriers whose authority was granted last month, with the full phone and email. Register, confirm your email and download them from your dashboard, once a month. No card is needed.
Who is responsible for calls and emails?
You are. Follow CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, do-not-call lists and state telemarketing rules when you contact these businesses. Our compliance page summarises the rules.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms are being finalised and will be set out in the Terms of Service. Download your free leads first to check the data fits your use.
Which plans include the API?
Pro includes the API: create a key in your dashboard, use every filter, and stay within the per-minute rate limit and monthly row quota shown above. Starter is CSV download and email.
How do invoices work?
When online checkout is available, invoices come from the payment provider. Until then we activate plans manually after payment and send the invoice by email.
